Purna Wildlife Sanctuary not only offers excitement but also tranquility. The wildlife Sanctuary gets its name from the Purna River, which flows through it. The sanctuary is a part of most deciduous forests and is located in Dangs District, South Gujarat. The area covered by the sanctuary is 160.8 sq.km. The leopard is the top predator in the sanctuary and its number has been increasing. Wild bulls, elephants and sloth bears are the other animals that can found in the forest.

Don’t expect any accommodation facilities near the Purna Wildlife Sanctuary. However, the Mahal Eco Campsite would contain limited accommodation options like hotels, tents, and cottages. The visitors could find the accommodation facilities in Saputara. Here one could find the massive number of hotels, restaurants, and cottages.
